Once a week, members of the KS-gym meet for a circuit training.
At present, always on Saturday there is a common Circuit training. This variety of training methods are used to better your stamina, endurance, strength and overall fitness baseby exercise.
As often as possible, Jasmin is helping the young athletes with the correct implementation of the circuit-stations.
By weight exercises, but also use of exercise equipment, the whole body is brought into shape in circuit training. At short intervals, individual stations are processed with different stress and exercise intensity.
It should be fun and improve fitness. New movement patterns are learned and variety of muscle groups will have to work. Here, a balanced blend of strength and endurance training is required.
